About Unity
Unity lives in Peace Village, a welcoming part of Whispering Woods where everyone is encouraged to listen, share and learn from one another.
She is a soft black bear with one bright blue eye and one warm brown eye. White peace doves decorate her ears, and her colourful jacket displays flags from countries around the world. Underneath, Unity wears a denim dress featuring the word ‘LOVE’, with a globe forming the letter O.
Unity is kind, fair and thoughtful. When friends disagree, she listens carefully to everyone before helping them find a peaceful solution. She reminds the bears that they don’t need to look alike, speak alike or agree about everything to treat one another with respect.
Unity loves learning about different countries, languages, traditions, foods and celebrations. She believes every person has something valuable to share and makes sure nobody feels forgotten or left out.
She reminds us that peace begins with small choices: using gentle words, taking turns, listening patiently and saying sorry when we make a mistake.
