What ages are Emotibear resources designed for?+
Emotibear resources are created mainly for children of primary-school age, although younger children can enjoy them with help from a parent or guardian. Older children and families may also enjoy the stories, songs, characters and activities. Every child develops differently, so parents and guardians should choose the resources that best suit their child's age, interests and individual needs.
What is the Emotibear Club?+
The Emotibear Club is a colourful and welcoming online club where children and families can enjoy stories, songs, colouring activities, creative resources and special adventures from Whispering Woods.
Does my child need to be a member to visit the shop?+
No. Everyone is welcome to browse and purchase digital products from the Emotibear shop. Club membership is not required.
What is included with membership?+
Members can receive access to special Emotibear stories, songs, colouring pages, activities and downloadable surprises. The exact contents may change as new characters and resources are introduced.
Are the products physical or digital?+
Our current products and club resources are digital downloads. This means they can be accessed and enjoyed at home without waiting for a parcel to arrive.
How will we receive the digital resources?+
Digital resources and important membership information will be sent to, or made available through, the parent or guardian's registered email address.
Can a child join without permission from an adult?+
No. A parent or legal guardian must complete the membership application and give permission for the child to join.
Do you contact children directly?+
No. Membership emails, downloads and club updates are sent to the registered parent or guardian. Children should not provide their own email address, telephone number or other contact information.
Can children with additional needs enjoy the resources?+
Yes. We want Whispering Woods to feel welcoming and inclusive. Parents and guardians can tell us about any accessibility or communication requirements that may help their child enjoy the resources.
Will new Emotibears be introduced?+
Yes! New Emotibears and their friends will continue to arrive in Whispering Woods, each bringing a different personality, story and helpful message.
