Emotibears is designed to be a safe, age-appropriate and welcoming space for children and families. We are committed to protecting children's privacy and keeping their experience positive, supported and easy to understand.

What information we collect

We collect only the minimum information needed to provide the service. In practice, this may include a parent or guardian’s contact details if they create an account, make a purchase or ask for support. We do not encourage children to share personal details publicly.

How we use it

We use information only to provide club content, process orders, respond to requests and improve the experience for families and educators.

How we protect children

• We do not run public chat spaces for children
• We do not encourage strangers to contact children through the service
• We support parent- or guardian-controlled settings and clear boundaries
